Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all hosting, VPS, storage, and related services (the "Services") provided by CyberCrypto.host ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Services, you ("Customer") agree to this AUP. We may update this AUP at any time; the current version is always published on our website.

1. General principle

Our Services are general-purpose infrastructure. Customers are solely responsible for all content, data, software, and activity they store, host, upload, transmit, or run using the Services. We do not pre-screen, monitor, or control Customer content, and we do not provide, sell, or distribute any media, television, or video content ourselves.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services to store, host, transmit, distribute, or facilitate:

Any content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties, including unlicensed video, audio, live TV, sports, films, or streaming content.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
Malware, viruses, ransomware, botnets, or tools designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems.
Unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, or other deceptive practices.
Content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or that promotes violence or illegal activity.
Activity that violates the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
Attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our or any third party's networks or systems.

3. Customer responsibility and compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you place on or transmit through the Services. If you upload third-party media (including M3U playlists or media accessed through any player application we may provide), you represent that you are authorized to do so. The media player application we may distribute is a general-purpose tool and is provided "as is"; we do not supply, curate, or endorse any content played through it.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate Services, remove or disable access to content, and/or report activity to law enforcement, without prior notice, where we believe a violation has occurred. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy and will terminate accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
