CyberCrypto.host — Last updated: June 2026

CyberCrypto.host ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law (including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, "DMCA"). This policy explains how to submit a notice and how we handle it.

1. Designated contact for copyright notices

Send all copyright infringement notices and counter-notices to:
Email: system@shacksupport.com
Subject line: "DMCA Notice — CyberCrypto.host"

2. How to file a copyright infringement notice

To be effective, your written notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., the specific URL, IP address, or server).
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will notify the affected customer. We may forward your notice (including your contact details) to the customer responsible for the material.

4. Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to system@shacksupport.com that includes: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat infringers

In accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, we will suspend or terminate the accounts of customers who are repeat infringers.
